An SVG is a drawing described in code, so it can be turned into a JPG of any size. This tool draws your SVG in your browser and saves it as a JPG on a white background. Use it for logos, icons and diagrams that a site or app only accepts as a regular image.

How to use SVG to JPG

  1. Choose one or more SVG files, or drop them onto the box.
  2. Pick a scale, or type an exact width in pixels.
  3. Choose a quality for the JPG.
  4. Download each JPG file, or all of them as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Is my SVG uploaded?

No. The SVG is drawn and saved in your browser, and it never leaves your device.

How do I make the image bigger?

Pick a scale of 2x, 3x or 4x, or type a width in pixels. SVG is vector art, so a larger size stays sharp.

What if my SVG has no width and height?

The tool uses the viewBox to work out the size. If there is neither, it falls back to 512 by 512 pixels, and you can set any width you like.

Why are some images or fonts missing?

A browser draws an SVG as a picture and does not load outside files for it. Images and fonts that the SVG links to from the web will be missing. Images and fonts embedded inside the file work.

What is the largest size I can make?

Up to 8192 pixels on each side, and about 50 megapixels in total. Very large sizes can fail on phones with little memory.

What happens to transparent areas?

JPG cannot store transparency, so empty areas are filled with white. Use SVG to PNG if you need to keep them.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no daily limit.
