Rotate PDF Pages

Turn sideways or upside-down pages the right way up. Your file stays on your device.

  • Runs in your browser
  • No sign-up
  • No watermark

Rotate PDF fixes pages that were scanned or exported the wrong way round. Turn every page at once, turn a range such as pages 2 to 5, or turn single pages with the buttons in the list. The text and images in the file are not touched. Only the page orientation changes, so there is no loss of quality.

The work is done in your browser. Your PDF is not uploaded, and there is no watermark.

How to use Rotate PDF

  1. Choose a PDF from your device, or drop it onto the box.
  2. Pick an angle, optionally enter pages such as 1-3, then select Rotate these pages. Or use the buttons next to a single page.
  3. Check the list. Pages that will change show how far they are turned.
  4. Select Save rotated PDF and download the file.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The pages are rotated in your browser and the file never leaves your device.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes. Enter a range such as 2-4, 7 and choose Rotate these pages, or use the Left and Right buttons on a single page.

Does rotating reduce the quality?

No. The page content is not re-drawn. Only the rotation setting of each page is changed.

Can I rotate a page more than once?

Yes. Rotations add up, so two turns of 90 degrees give 180 degrees. Use Reset to start again.

Does this show a preview of the pages?

No. The list shows page numbers and how far each one is turned, but not a picture of the page. Open the saved file to check the result.

Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?

No. Remove the password first, then rotate the file.
