Reorder PDF Pages

Move pages into the order you want. Your file stays on your device.

Reorder PDF Pages shows every page of your document as a row with a small preview. Drag a row to a new place, or use the up and down buttons, then save. You can also reverse the whole order in one click, which helps with scans fed in backwards.

The pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and nothing loses quality. Your PDF is handled in your browser and is not uploaded. Previews are skipped for documents longer than 150 pages, and the list then shows page numbers only.

How to use Reorder PDF Pages

  1. Choose a PDF from your device, or drop it onto the box.
  2. Drag pages into a new order, or use the arrow buttons. Reverse order flips the whole list.
  3. Check the yellow numbers, which show the new page numbers.
  4. Select Save new order and download the file.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The pages are reordered in your browser and the file never leaves your device.

Can I drag pages on a phone?

Dragging works best with a mouse. On a phone or tablet, use the up and down buttons on each row.

Can I move one page a long way?

Yes. Drag it to the new spot, or press the arrow buttons repeatedly. For a very long document, splitting it first can be faster.

Does reordering change the quality?

No. Pages are copied without being re-drawn, so text and images stay exactly as they were.

Will bookmarks and links still work?

Not always. Page content is kept, but bookmarks and links between pages are not carried over to the new file.

Can I reorder a password-protected PDF?

No. Remove the password first, then reorder the pages.
